Communitly is a Flutter application designed to help individuals create small, temporary micro-groups to accomplish shared goals within 30 days. Features include group creation, matchmaking, task tracking, and real-time chat.
By using the application, you agree to these General Terms of Use (GTU).
Access: Communitly is accessible via mobile registration. Users may join one group for free. Unlimited access requires a paid subscription (see Section 5).
Target Audience: The app is aimed at men and women aged 18–40 in the USA.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the information they provide, including goals and tasks. Communitly is not liable for group-related disputes or errors.
Limitation of Liability: Communitly is offered "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or data loss protection.
Freemium model: One group free. For unlimited access:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal through the respective app store.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings:
No refunds will be given for subscription periods already billed.
All rights related to Communitly, including source code, design, text, and features, are owned by the app creators.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or reselling any part of the app is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Communitly collects and manages user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved by appropriate local jurisdictions.
